This company is extremely rude and uncooperative. They had been preparing my husband\'s grandmother\'s return for several years until his father passed away. I have taken over completing what is quite simple return and called to ask for a copy of the complete return for the previous year as they have only ever provided a summary. The woman was extremely rude and wanted to charge a fee for grandma to get a copy of her complete return. I would not recommend any company that would treat senior citizens like this. It is her tax return and she should have been provided with a full copy each year. Avoid this company!
